My guess is Zee Keralam SD & HD will be converted as Zee Malayalam SD & HD. Current acquired Zee Malayalam SD & HD licences may be used for Zee Malayalam Cinema SD & Zee Malayalam Cinema HD respectively.

Zee Keralam HD = Zee Malayalam HD

Zee Malayalam = Zee Malayalam Cinema
