They are more interested in movies .

If there is a hostile takeover it would be from non traditional media company.

Zee Started Declining the moment they sold thier Ten channels to Sony, it was their biggest blunder because sports content always keep you in good limelight, now zee is lost they dont have anything, they are in loss still they are not shutting down their NPA or channels for ex- Zee cafe.

Yes It was their biggest ever blunder. At the time they were selling TEN Sports channels, they had enough TRP's behind STAR Sports & Sony SIX channels

Zee shareholders reject the proposal of reappointment of Punit Goenka as MD in Voting. Yesterday Zee shareholders invited to vote on this matter and 50.45% Shareholders voted against it. So, Proposal not got passed.
