Breaking ZEEL and Sony merger approved by ZEEL board; definitive agreements signed

Zee would’ve survived somehow but Sony badly needed partnership with some network given that they lost on so many movies.

I have a strong feeling now that all or upcoming T-series movies will be with Disney-Star. I believe they have some dispute with Zee and due to this partnership, Sony/Zee may have to suffer.

Let’s just hope this merger doesn’t give outcome like telecom - Vodafone idea merger

Hopeful to see Sony’s good idle lying movie titles on &picturesHD etc flagship channels soon.

I think now Network18 should merge with Eenadu and Sun to survive in Market

No viacom18 merging with jio is enough for it.
I hoped zee buying sun . But it looks difficult ahead. Now sun 18 may enter scene back
