This deal is yet to happen what do you guys think this deal will happen or not?
Because both Zee & Sony are in profit in many terms.

The shareholders have agreed the merger so that the deal is floated. The deal has to be approved now. Terms and conditions are subject to changes as well depending on the parties. That's the reason there's 90 days period.


Minority investors dissented against Goenka as thr latter had only four percent yet controlled Zeel. With sony backing him, dissenting shareholders have no option left.
