Mahesh Singhi, MD, Singhi Advisors says CCI is looking for a 40 percent stake as the point where the monopoly portion comes in. “In a business like broadcasting with multilingual complexity, it will not be easy to come up with a number. On this basis, I believe that the deal should not encounter any hurdles.”

Now there is going to be more south dubbed movies on Zee’s HD movies channels I hope content strategy isn’t compromised and Zee cinema HD / &picturesHD doesn’t become another Sony max HD.

zee cinema HD does air bollywood movies but need to get rid of repetitions.
