Dish TV MD Jawahar Goel vacates office after shareholder disapproval at EGM

Dish TV India Limited yesterday informed BSE of the changes that took place in the board of the company on the basis of the votes cast by the shareholders at the Extra Ordinary General Meeting (EGM) of the company held on 24th June 2022.

Jawahar Lal Goel vacates the office of Managing Director of the company as the proposal for re-appointment did not receive the requisite majority at the EGM held yesterday. He continues as a Non-Executive Director.

Anil Kumar Dua vacates the office of the whole-time Director of the company after the proposal for re-appointment did not receive the requisite majority at the EGM held yesterday. He continues as Chief Executive Officer of the company.

Rajagopal Chakravarthi Venkateish vacates the office of the Director of the company after the proposal for re-appointment as an Independent Director did not receive the requisite majority at the EGM held yesterday.
