MSO GTPL KCBPL has upgraded the consumer portal on its website for its customers a few days back. Consumers can now manage their Cable TV and Broadband easily.
Consumers will be able to change plans and subscriptions from anywhere at any given point of the time. The cable operator has also upgraded its customer care center and now can help you with most of your queries.
The customer care can handle anything from helping you login to your online portal to solving all the issues you face. Subscribers can now select their plans without visiting their Local Cable Operator by logging into GTPL KCBPL.
Consumers can use the self-care portal to select their own packages on the click of a button and pay for it online. Uninterrupted service with the subscription mode, that ensures seamless tv and broadband subscriptions.
One can keep a track of one’s invoices through GTPL KCBPL’s e-invoice system. Feedback and complaints can now be registered through their e-complaint portal, which will be resolved within 48 hours of generating a ticket. The operator is also expected to soon launch its own app.
TRAI had in August show-caused GTPL over the non-compliance of various provisions of the New Regulatory Framework for Broadcasting and Cable TV Services. The regulator had noted that the consumer portal of M/s GTPL KCBPL had very limited facilities. The facility of up-gradation and modifications in the subscription is not available on the consumer portal.
