IN10 Media has priced its upcoming Hindi General Entertainment Channel (GEC) Ishara TV at a nominal price of Rs 5 on an a-la-carte basis in a separate NTO 2.0 RIO published recently. The broadcaster has further on Twitter stated that the channel will be available as part of its NTO 2.0 bouquet ‘Apna EPIC Value Pack’ priced at Rs 7 from April 1, 2021.

After 18% GST, Ishara TV will be available at Rs 5.9 to DTH and Cable subscribers. The broadcaster is offering incentives for distribution platform operators on a-la-carte MRP and subscribed bouquets. Ishara TV’s competing channels for genre and positioning slabs have been declared as Star Plus, Sony Entertainment, Colors, Star Bharat, & TV, Sab TV, and Zee TV.
The broadcaster had last year notified NTO 2.0 RIO introducing ‘Apna EPIC Value Pack’ at Rs 2 which currently offers Epic TV, Filmachi, and Gubbare TV. The broadcaster bouquet is seemingly set to get a price revision with the introduction of Ishara TV. Notably, IN10 Media’s NTO 2.0 RIO notified last year will expire on 31st March 2021.

Ishara TV will be available on leading DTH and Cable TV platforms from the launch date itself. Ishara TV will be available on Tata Sky, Airtel Digital TV, D2H, Dish TV, GTPL, Fastway, Siti Networks, InDigital Cable, UCN, and JPR Network among other distribution platform operators.
