I don't think it's restricted to south. Any Infinity user can ask cc to activate these free Sun topups.

@iphifi bro, my Infinity all HD and SD pack expires tomorrow I guess. I'm planning to extend it. I see 5551 pack in self care. Is that all HD and SD or only SD? How can I check my primary connection validity? App and web shows secondary connection validity only.

5551 is all HD+SD. If there is any cash back offer for 5801 that will not be valid for 5551. Channels are the same.
Your primary connection validity may become visible after your ARP validity ends only.
 
My Infinity pack will also expire in first week of Jan.
