Direct-to-home (DTH) operator Tata Play has added Zee News HD to its platform on 28th March 2025. Tata Play has made Zee News HD available on Channel No. 510. The SD variant “Zee News” is placed on Channel No. 511. Tata Play subscribers can easily subscribe and watch Zee News HD by paying ₹1.50/month, while the SD variant is now free to subscribe and watch.

As per the sources, Zee Media Corporation Limited (ZMCL) launched Zee News HD officially as a satellite HD news channel on 28th March 2025, and Tata Play added it on the same day at 10 AM. Zee News HD is exclusively available on Tata Play and no other DTH operator carries this HD channel as of now.

Zee News HD is the first HD Hindi news channel launched by Zee Media. Its sister channels Zee Bharat, Zee Business and other news channels of various regional languages are yet to get an HD variant.
