Tata Sky Binge+ Pricing
This latest set-top box from Tata Sky is priced at Rs. 5,999. Customers who purchase it will get a complimentary one-month subscription to Tata Sky Binge service worth Rs. 249, which offers premium content from Zee5, Hotstar, Eros Now, Hungama and SunNxt.
The hardware of this set-top box is pretty similar to that of the Airtel Xstream box, but there is a significant difference between pricing. While Airtel is selling its Xstream box for as low as Rs. 2249 as part of an ongoing offer, and a regular price of Rs 3,999. Tata Sky, living up to the expectations of its premium tag, has decided to charge Rs. 5,999 for this hybrid Binge+ box. There is currently no upgrade offer either, for the existing Tata Sky customers.
The price looks to be on the higher side, for a hybrid STB. We need to wait and watch, how the customers are going to lap up this new offering from Tata Sky. Please let us know your views on this STB in the comments section.
