Seeking Help Channel Freezing Problem

I am getting channel freezing problem in particular HD channels like Sony LePlex HD, HBO HD, Star Movies HD, NGC HD.... etc, please reply guys I am only having this problem or any one have this problem, I am getting this problem only on morning time, but noon and evening time the channel works well

No trees bro only some HD channels making this problem, and one more think I need to ask, I am also having recording problem, HEVC recorded files are not playing only audio is playing video is not coming but SD recorded files playing well, bro are you having this problem?

Ya ok bro just now I contacted sun shine, and they said the problem is just with my Antenna
