Seeking Help Channel Freezing Problem

Mee too have a same problem bro.
Recording hd channels audio only playing,
no video.but SD channels ok.
They only solving this problem by update.
I don't know when they solve this issue.

No trees bro only some HD channels making this problem, and one more think I need to ask, I am also having recording problem, HEVC recorded files are not playing only audio is playing video is not coming but SD recorded files playing well, bro are you having this problem?

Format ur set top box... Then try

I reset my setupbox many times but no use.
Only hd channels recording file only not working.
In my point of view the hd channels recording TV file before hevc is working.but after they converted in to all hd channels to hevc record ed TV showing blank screen only audio.
It's the problem from SD side.
Update needed to fix this problem.

All the people having same recording problem, ya audio quality is very low only 192 kbps me too getting the same AQ only, but now I am getting all the HD channels clearly, just adjust your antenna or contact your sun shine customer care

No I just said channel freezing problem solved, but still receiving the same poor audio quality only

Is this the same problem I facing now suddenly all hd channels stopped, then some colors showing, now only audio coming for all channels no video,.. What's problem, my set top box is hs8101,
