Customer ID and RMN

Dear Team,
As I am using Airtel Dth since 7 to 8 months, usually i am charging online, but since now i am not able to charge online as i dont have Customer ID and RMN, I purchase from a supplier. And now that supplier close that shop and no more here. so now how to get Customer ID and RMN, as I am not using Airtel Dth, but my parents using it, and they dont know how to recharge. I am far from them, and nobody is helping them to do the recharge.
so please suggest me the way i can recharge through online banking, As I have only the photo of my Viewer card.

Just tell your parents to press menu on remote
And the Customer ID & RMN will be listed there.
