Same problem here talked to cc, they said some technical issue will get activated Tommorow. Whether it will or not that's the suspense

Create a new pack on using map tool but the pack not activated

Selected BST north,it shows BST Gujarati in app/website but actually BST DD is activated on my account. As usual CC is clueless about it

Same here
I am trying since yesterday on pc and phone but Selected BST north,it shows BST Gujarati in app/website but actually BST DD is activated
If I add or remove a pay channel or bouquet, it is updated in few seconds after submission but FTA Base pack remains same.
I also tried to change to BST South for the hangover to go away but in vain.
Now the only option left is to do a factory reset restore which i don't want to do as i will have to create all favourites list again
