Is there any chennals removed from the complementary FTA pack? I didn't make any changes to my subscription but currently I am not getting puthiya thalaimurai, NEWS 7 and some other Tamil news channels.

It's FOC . U go with Ur app and select those channels. Bro

No changes are made in FTA Complimentary Pack, Puthiya Thalaimurai, NEWS 7 and other Tamil channels are still part of that pack.
