Is there any option to check when we activated a bouquet/ ala-carte and the no: of days remaining?

Its a impossible task.. You will not know what is your add on validity , when it will expire or it will renewed. You call to customer care,they will take 5 mins to tell details. Highlight is that you can never drop your add on in between a cycle.They will ask you to call 2 days before validity date which also will not be mentioned anywhere..

Bro, contact cc, they only possible to check, but during activated the alacarte, they send the sms to registered mob no

Btw i'm always forget to activate the alacarte, after showing the unsubscribed channel error, again i'm activate the alacarte

Finally opted out of HD Tamil DPO1 to SD Tamil DPO 2 due to non availability of desired HD channels in DPO packs.. Though individual channel prices are almost same for HD and SD,DTH operators had like Tata Sky,Sun Direct etc given better discounts for SD channels in packs..There is some additional cost involved in HD access which is built in.. Sun Direct is forcing us to take other language Sun group channels in HD DPOs which is of now use unless you know other languages. Better to choose a SD DPO pack and use broadcaster bouqet for required HD channels.

If you have long duration validity one year and your a/C have sufficient amount then they will automatically renew add on pack up to long duration period .we have to remember the date in which add on activated

SUN should seriously consider a new better vendor for STB. The current HD STBs got hell lot of issues in the software and features.
