it may not have added to any pack yet. just check for a topup called "HD Customer Identification" topup in ur topup list. if it's not there, add it. u will get TN HD

I am on Airtel Internet TV and have all HD Pack. I am also not getting Times Now HD since morning.
No HD Customer Identification pack available for me.
Cc says it may take 24 hrs to rectify.

It might also be due to expiry of FPP So Have to Check Updating HD My Pack bro but now not loading in mobile.So I'll Check Tommorow but on Home Screen All HD Channels offer it says excluding Times Now HD & Gemini TV HD for TN Region So I am bit doubtful anyway I'll try Updating HD My pack.

Bro, i don't think customization is possible in Internet tv pack..
