WarnerMedia International today unveiled its new-look India organization and leadership strengthening it’s position and commitment to the region. The company has also announced new leadership for South East Asia and Korea organization uniting WarnerMedia Entertainment Networks comprising the legacy Turner and HBO businesses with Warner Bros.
The integration will be one of the most powerful integration entertainment media operations in the region including TV brands of HBO, Cartoon Network, and CNN, HBO GO streaming service, and hugely popular Warner Bros franchises like Looney Tunes and the entire DC business.
Clement Schwebig will be the Head of WarnerMedia India, South East Asia, and Korea.

Yasmin Zahid will head up Affiliate & B2B distribution for all WarnerMedia linear TV networks while David Simonsen will continue heading the development of HBO GO in Southeast Asia working closely with global HBO MAX team to lay the foundation for the future launch. Jae Chang will head up the TV Distribution and Home Entertainment overseeing all physical and digital distribution licensing for all WarnerMedia content in the region.
Vikram Sharma will take charge of Consumer Products, Advertising and Partnership’s leading both the licensing and merchandising business for all WarnerMedia IP, brands and franchises as well as advertising sales business for all WarnerMedia brands on all platforms linear and digital.
Athreyan Sundararajan will lead the integrated Group Marketing team for all WarnerMedia business including advertising and distribution sales trade, consumer, and brand as well theatrical. Shonali Bedi will head up Strategy and Operations including all transformation initiatives in the region. Leslie Lee will continue leading the Kids brands for WarnerMedia across Asia Pacific including India, South East Asia, and Korea.
Siddharth Jain, SVP and MD South Asia, and Jessica Kam, SVP of Original Productions – Entertainment, will be leaving the company with the changes.
