Balaji Telfilms stated that it was doing the best it could do to ensure the safety of its cast and production crew along with the employees.
Balaji Telefilms on Monday put a halt on the shoot of all its television shows after one of its actor Parth Samthaan tested positive for COVID-19. The production house informed the BSE about its move late evening yesterday.
Balaji Telfilms stated that it was doing the best it could do to ensure the safety of its cast and production crew along with the employees. The shooting of its shows are on hold till further announcement.
Balaji is closely looking into the matter with the health, well being and safety of the employees being of utmost importance. The company will take necessary steps in line with the protocols laid down by Indian Film and Television Producers Council (IFTPC).
The production house had reported COVID-19 positive cases recently with Parth Samthaan of Kasautii Zindagii Kay testing positive for COVID-19. The co-star Pooja Banerjee has however tested negative for COVID-19
