Seeking Help query about cable tv on Tata play binge without internet

Hello, is it possible to watch cable tv on Tata play binge without internet connection ?
I already have broadband connection at home, but when i am at office, home wifi is usually turned off
so wondering whether my parents can watch cable tv without internet connection when broadband wifi is off ?

In binge plus TV channels are shown by Dish only like all DTH STBs, internet not needed.

if yes, how is your overall experience with it ? how does its signal perform during heavy rain ??

I was using the service two years ago. Dish features are almost same as HD box. Yes, PQ is bit superior here than HD box specially on SD boxes. But as a smartbox it's really bad because of low ram and low storage.

1. Tata Play will have to provide Bug free experience.
2. Also they should launch new version of android box.
3. The user interface will also need to be improved

which DTH are you using currently ?? Tata Binge or Airtel Xstream , which is better ?

yes, using it
it is a good box, in heavy rain signal off as in other STBs but for most channels it allows streaming channel by internet
