4*1 switch problem

I have two receiver,,two receiver is connecting by 1 mutiswitch with a speder. Problem is,when i run two receiver at a time,that time if 1st receiver run port 1,those time 2nd receiver port 1 only get signal,,port2 sowing no signal.aslike if i run port 2 sat ch run 1st then 2nd receiver port1 signal lost,only port2 signal get..
