I haven't received any alert and also i am inactive now to get the best offer for my connection. My release no is 104, i don't know when it got updated. Could you kindly check ktv normal sd there is lot of fluctuations signal quality does not show any bar, when i was active i complained through chat and got the channel back. It often went and came but after complaining it was ok but even then the signal quality has not any bar but BER fluctuates in no's

There are a lot of signal fluctuations in the STB. I cant check KTV as i dont have that pack.

I face the SQ issue due to cable problem, otherwise i dont face. yes release no is 104 which is latest.

Finally BER has been changed to MER and my signal levels have increased by 25%.

Now the signals are much stable than before.
