7 unknown TPs found while scanning SES 7

What is that bro?

It is another DTH service of Philipines using SES 7 TP's
But we can't say to which DTH these no signal TP's belong,chances are high that they are from SES 9 but only time can tell who will use them

He is the best person to tell us the satellite he was programming,but the tp he had is that happens when blind scans a satellite it will give all the tips available on that particular satellite,that's the work of blind scanning,hope tha will help
