A new TP 12275 H found while scanning SES 7

A new TP 12275 H found while scanning SES 7 with SR 22500.

Right now there is no signal in it. Could it be from SES 9?

NSS 11 TPs are also in the same range. But in lyngsat this TP is not listed..

If it for sky direct, it should not be receivable in India as it will be in south east asia beam only..May they are testing also..So we cant conclude
