The political based SunDirect already lost its ground in TN.
1. No one watches sun news, after the entry of Puthiya Thalai Murai News.
2. No one watches Sun Life (tamil) after the arrival of Murasu.
3. Sun TV has minimum most viewers during peak hours (06:00 PM to 09:30PM)
06:00-06:30 - Uravugal thodar kathai (Vijay TV)
06:30-07:00 - Marumanam zee Thamil
07:00-07:30 - Ullam Kollai Poguthada - Polimer
07:30-08:00 - Vallami Tharoyo - Polimer
08:00-08:30 - my name is mangatha - Zee Tamil
08:30-09:00 - Solvathellam unmai Zee Tamil/Saravanan Meenatchi - Vijai
09:00-09:30 - Mayakkam Enna
Sun Channels can't even come nearer to these channels/programmes.
In my view, we should not choose a operator who has political connections (like Sun Direct) or Operator who owns their own channels (Sun Direct, Dish TV etc)

Yes. I just read the same from another website. Vendhar TV is going to be launched with a new name. One of our DDF member also posted the comment over there confirming the launch of Puthu Yugam TV as well from April 14th.

I am expecting the new named Venthar TV HD in d2h..
