8x1 switch and 6x1 switch

Dear friends

Here are my two switches which i am using

first i use 6x1 switch but it is out of order from rain, now i purchase new one 8x1 stargold switch. in the meantime i use 4x1 switch, right now i am using 4x1 switch.


today i will change it 8x1 with old one 4x1 switch.

here in saudia it is expensive


8x1 swith is about SR. 65.00 which is about USD. 17.00

6x1 switch is about SR. 45.00 which is about USD. 12.00

nice post regarding diseqc switches...

i have covered my 4X1 diseqc switch with polythene in order to protect it from rain, as suggested by vinay and om prakash ji.... pics coming soon...

I was just wondering how should i connect this to my receiver & what is the difference between multi protocol switch & reguler 8*1 diseqc switch which contains receiver output insted of tuner output?
