Guys before few of the tamil channels will be mixed with the base package apart from the free add on...now all the tamil channels have been included in the free add on...

By doing this, ADTV made few Tamil channels to be not available for other south region users who is not selecting Tamil top-up. The total channel count for Telugu, Kannada and Malayalam users will become less due to this.

Yes Saket. But previously if a Malayalam customer is choosing Malayalam top up he can also view few tamil channels as part of base pack. Now all the tamil channels are moved out of base packs and we need to add tamil top ups (both top up 1 and top up 2) to get even one tamil channel except DD Podhigai.

No bro. Still there are few Malayalam channels (Amrita TV, Kairali, Kairali We, Asianet News, Indiavision, Manorama News, SHALOM) and Telugu channels (ETV2, N TV, TV9 Telugu, SVBC, Subhavartha) are there in the base pack.

But they removed all the TAMIL and KANNADA channels from all the base packs till South Ultra pack. So, the total channel count of the packages are reduced.

Now, if a Malayalam customer is adding Malayalam and Telugu topt up, they will miss the Tamil channels and Kannada channels that they previously enjoyed as part of base packs.

OK Its nice but they combine tamil topup2 & tamil topup 1 as tamil topup...

so that we enjoy 2 free language pack.........
