Yes. They need to do this. They already combined Malayalam pack 1 and 2 together. They need to do the same for Tamil packs as well..

is it possible to have same language topup ona pack
eg: if i opt tamil topup 1 as my first langyuage
can i opt tamil topup 2 as second language out of the 2 free language topups

I called up 12150 - AT Cust Care and they confirmed that its a pay channel.

Friends,
I think grouping all tamil channels into a single pack will never happen, as currently they are offering life time free language packs, if all new tamil channels are free, then they will not be able to offer pay channels.

Hence some channels will be FTA & part of the life time free pack and others will be pay channels.
