Bought a new TataSky connection last month because of this limited offer. Yes, they introduced this offer on last month for a period of 7 days. Was a HD Kayika Sadya customer on previous connection which costs monthly 280+HDAF.
Then I saw this 1 year offer for new customers on a newspaper & bought a new connection for 3699
Now I'm enjoying 3 regional packs (it was 2 before) with all sports, All GEC Hindi, Hindi movies, English movies, Infotainment, Eng&Hin news, Eng & Hin music etc.

yes, these offers started in Kerala from September last week as 'two weeks special offer', which was said to be over by October 7th. But it was later extended to October month end. there is no recent info or advertisement came about further extension of the special offers.
