Seeking Help About Dish TV Nonstop pack for South Customers

I observed many ecommerce sites are selling 2 types of new dish tv connections:

1) For Rs.1199 - free installation, stb, remote + 1 month free.
2) For Rs.2449 - free installation, stb, remote + 1 month free + 3 years My99 Pack subscription.

I'm not able to find any details about this My99 pack anywhere in official website. So is this same as Nonstop pack? I'm guessing seller is just delivering Rs.1199 connection & then manually doing Rs.999 nonstop pack recharge after 1 month. Anyone here has experience with it?

I also has some confusion regarding Nonstop pack applicability for South customers. Some are saying South Add-on's are not possible with nonstop pack, some others say it is possible as mentioned here: Got this Amazing offer from DishTV Non Stop Ent. for just 1149 for 3 Years

(I already bought connection for Rs.2449, contacted customer care, but they confirmed my account only has 1st month free titanium pack, nothing else. And they has no idea about My99 pack). I'm a south customer, is I'm cheated?

eg. tamil: 51 rs,

Srinivask contact your original supplier he has to do Rs1179 unique recharge to activate your Rs1179 pack,other wise with invoice and payment detals write to customer care complaining about dealer in case nothing working your yourself can do this Rs1179 recharge to activate this pack

You can add any add on, don't have any confusion
