About LNB replacement

Hi all,
I am using airtel normal dth...... Each time I switch on TV video will be there for 10 minutes and then only audio comes , video switches off.......I called airtel customer guys and the technician replaced a new LNB..........but now also same problem is there.......when i called him up he told that it takes time for LNB to set up.....He told me to wait for 2 days......Is any such case with LNB's???????I am scared whether I have been cheated,.........
He took 300Rs for LNB

why you paid to him before your problem fully rectified? that is the main key for customer to hold the issue til get solution.

unfortunately, a new Ku-band lnb costs arnd rs.150-200. :s
