Add on d2h India cricket English HD

I have subscribed this add on(for 19 rs +tax) , which contains 2 hd channels namely Ss1Hd and Six hd. I am getting only Ss1 hd and not getting six HD.
I called cc and they said we will be able to view six HD only when there is India cricket in that channel.
Untill two days before I was getting both channels. Is any one opted that add on please check..

Also I have subscribed D2h India cricket Hindi HD Add on @17 + Tax, consist of Star sports Hindi 1 HD & Sony ten 3 HD(both channels were available to me since 1month) ,but before 2 days my Sony ten 3 HD deactivated.

When I enquired about this, they said when ever India matches are there in that channel they will activate that channel, so either one channel active at a time

where u guys found this pack. as per new trai rule, no dth should combine two different bouquet channels in a pack.
SS1 hindi HD is 19rs, and TEN3 HD is rs.17, how come d2h can able to give both at 17rs.
