ADTV added 4 sd channels to myplan99

The channels are:

• multiplex@ lcn 223
• 9x jalwa@ lcn 492
• musicIndia@ lcn 499

In addition to these, a few newly added channels are also added in myplan99. They are:

• sony wah @lcn 224
• star utsav movies @lcn 225
• vaa movies @lcn 226
• mubu tv @lcn 470

Also, selfcare is fixed now, giving accurate channel list.

Now hope they reduce ala carte price of sony pal, as it is too costly at 20 being an fta channel, and in comparision to other fta channels.

Talking about selfcare, hope they will revamp whole selfcare not only the front pages with flat design theme and back end with old classic design! :s
