Brother can I change my primary connection in lower package and secondary conection in higher package?

No as both are linked to each other. You will get whatever you subscribe on primary connection. But you can swap your boxes if you need.

Bro u can try. First u subscribe the package u want in second connection then change pack through self care or cc. It may work. As it is working for me. M on myplan 99 on first and econmy sports on second

yes buddy you can...as i am using..let me explain.In My primary connection i have my plan 199 pack where as in secondary connection i am using Family pack which include 70 HD channels and all SD channels which are listed in Family pack which costs me 275 Rs.

yes just call the customer care and ask them to change your base plan whichever u want to have

Brothers in my 1st connection my pack is value kids prime ( price 234 monthly advance rental pack, I got in offer) and max hd ( price 255).
In secondary connection I only get value kids prime pack in 175 Rupees. But when I call CC they said that I have to pay extra 255 to see Max HD channel in my secondary connection. What I will do brothers?

No.. u have to pay rs 175 for both HD and SD.. Airtel cc donot know anything.. I have 2nd connection.. trust me bro..
