Airtel contact details and escalation matrix

Can anyone provide me escalation matrix of airtel dth support, iam not getting proper response by calling CC.

Also recharging throu airtel selfcare portal login is terrible, how guys are managing, no proper package details available to choose, all b*****t crap data, login itself is a hell :wall
