If you are talking about South Max package, that is only available for SD users.

It shows nothing but Ultra HD and Magnum HD... I am okay with "South Value Sports" and can add desired HD channels as and when required. Thanks!

It shows only higher value packages online. You need to contact customer care for downgrading the pack.
