what happened?

screwd up...now its showinv no signal. diagnostics show Inset4c but lnb is ses 7. tp settings not working. all the tp showing 0...

So u are on SES 7 bt the STB says INSAT 4CR? Did u play wid any settings?wt error code is it showing?

we performed an stb reboot.
then, alignment of 1.5 cm didnt work. we had to set it to around 3 cm.
also, the lnb was rotated to 55 degrees instead of 47.
then it caught signal via SES7-TP11-1 automatically.
all was fine after that.
