adtv hd connection is almost free.
adtv ll b having 50 hd channels shortly as promised by adtv spokesperson

the more HD channels the better. All star sports ones are preferred. According to my survey - DishTv has all HD channels for 210 + base pack for 240 rs. = 450

Airtel has mega pack hd for 570 a month without SS4 HD in the pack (which is a must for me), plus hd channels are less in comparsion to dish tv. Confused! :/

adtv = 240 base pack + 200 hd plus top up = all ss hd channels i.e. ss hd 1 2 3 4 = 440rs. = 10rs. less than dish tv = better pq n aq of hd channels

bro... adtv website is not updated n also very confused too.

adtv mega pack = 525rs only with all the ss hd channels if recharge is done for a min of 3 months or more.

Also, If I purchase Airtel HD now I have to take one of these packs alongwith it? I cannot get on with the 440 plan as told by you :/

bro... one thing only - adtv has less hd channels than dish tv

but adtv promised to add many hd channels shortly n count ll up to 50 hd channels

in june new sat n new tps ll b launched
so there won't b any problem as far as space issues r concerned

also hd stbs r almost free

bro... purchase any simple hd stb alone without any pack then u can activate the way i told u but it ll b very costly to u only.

if u want all or maximum sd channels then u shud purchase it accordingly.
just tell me ur needs n preferences only

then may b i ll help u out better tup:tup

How to purchase the simple stb alone? If i go for airtel? Because in their site, they are making me take a package alongwith. As i already said. HD channels are the preference. SD channels arent a priority. The package you suggested is fine.

adtv = 23 hd channels only
dish tv = 40 hd channels

adtv - within next few weeks or months - ll have 50 hd channels

so simple hd stb ll cost u around 1850 which is way costly bro
