Airtel DTH HD Upgrade: HD channels not available.

Hi all,

I recently upgraded my airtel dth from normal to HD+; but no HD channels showing now. The technician said it would available in 4 hrs; and guarantied free for one month,.. but no luck.. I called up CC, they said it required 48 hours... why this much delay in adding a package.. I know, its taking only seconds to add chota packs to existing package. So please guide me in right direction; why this much waiting time needed for an up gradation...?????

Post on twitter. They resolve issues next day itself.

I had same issue when i upgraded and i tweeted to them. They add it the next day. Talking to CC did not resolve the issue for me so don't wast time talking to CC.
