why you not subscribe turner family hd pack with 14.75 better than only hbo HD.you got cartoon network,pogo,cnn,hbo HD and WB.

Two more suggestion are
1) try calling 1800-2086633 and alter pack. Even Web chat or call back

2) let balance gets to zero, allow 1-2 days cooling period INACTIVE state. then alter via web/app/chat/call.

This is guess only...
U 1st deactivate the Stb if and only if any no offers in ur account...U can do it in mobile app...Confirm the deactivation...Later activate the STB...U should have minimum rs 154 in the account Before activating...Check it before deactivating...
BTW that stb should not be primary...Then all other multitv boxes gets deactivated too...If it's OK then continue...

That's what actually happening as my account balance has went zero by today so my account has been deactivated..will wait to see whether things are working on your suggestion

I think u can resume in tatasky mobile app...
Check it ...There maybe resume option..Keep it stb switched on...
Else call CC...
