Today i record india vs new Zealand match in my airtel dth using pen drive. Play in tv.
But when use in my laptop i am unable to play recorded video. How to play in laptop. Video format is .str. Please help me

that is not possible.only playable in STB only.video records in encrypted format

Unfortunately you cannot do that. In a way it's piracy. All dth encrypts the data that is stored in storage devices. You can view the content only in set top box.

There will be ways to hack it. But we can't discuss it here. Try googling and if you get luck hack it. But don't post the steps here.

Hey for your information it is from the "Airtel TV, Movies app
Airtel TV: Movies, TV series, Live TV - Android Apps on Google Play
it has Sony six channel..

Maybe you might have seen that recording of that channel.. It is possible to grab the stream link of it and record..

Yes you can do that with HD-DVR Box. It has two tuners which enables you to perform the required task.
But not possible in HD+ STB.
