Airtel remote issue

Hi Friends,

I am n the need of big help. Getting issue with airtel remote. If i reduce the volume from digital TV remote getting popup message n TV screen for setting favorite channel atleas one and after set one favorite channel if i reduce volume its redirecting to favorite channel which i set...so how to avoid this popup or hw to come out of this issue.

Cld anyone help to resolve this issue.

Yes iam also having sony 32 inch tv. Iam aldo facing same problem. Remote is not working when changing channels and volumes.
