airtel self care not working

I am unable to login my self care account, after entering rmn and password a new window opens and it asks for user id and password again what this and what to be enter in it, is anyone facing the same issue?
 
This is really an issue on airtel side. This is how the issues is happening.

Go to airtel site
Click my account
Select post paid or any option.
Provide phone number
Click login

Now am getting error saying "Sorry unable to process. Please try after some time". This is happening for about 2 days.
 
There is no such issue with web login. See my screen shot I login just now.
