airtel self care not working

Now it is working for me too...

I am now able to login in my account but when i click on options, last 10 transcation and my package i am getting an error - "connection closed by remote server".

May be that's why they call it self care. You have to take care of yourselves.

They made it tough and more secure so out of India people cannot login to self care account and in this way they also made it tough for us who are living in India :'(

Every time I log-in, I have to refresh the same page at least 3-4 times to let it successfully load! Disgusting!! Using Chrome.

Airtel website server apeed ia very poor that's why sometimes it take a bit long.

Website not working properly.
in change pack option 3/m, 6/m, 12/m no packs are displaying.
we can not change pack 3/m, 6/m, 12/m in self care portal.
kindly suggest how to change pack in 3 month/ 6 month/ 12 month without calling CC

same problem here for login to myhdpack the page says please wait... Airtel website is fll of bugs LoL .... mailed to nodal officer regarding this issue
