It hardly worked earlier too bro. I had tried to change it once through self care. But at last, i had to call CC for changing the pack.

No bro self care at times have some bug in that entire self care portal will not work. Now Only change pack option is not working

But no English movies in my family pack. Earlier they had 4 English movies channels at 381/-. I think very bad move by adtv
