No active services. ..i tried to opt for Sanskar and Aastha(Fta channel) through alacarta

Try to select all channels from beginning. Then mistake will be rectified.

call cc first and ask them to remove your free bundle pack. if they unable to remove it. write a email and ask them to remove it (do not forget to mention ur mobile number in email).
ps: u cannot remove free fta pack from my airtel or selfcare app.
