he said no 4k channels.. cant guarantee he had min knowledge! i just got as its the latest box from airtel and hope it works

Most of the technicians and customer care representatives know only basic things. They don't know that tv remote can be paired to extreme box remote. Yesterday one of customer care supervisor said there is no 30 day lock in period for channels addition.How ignorent.

1.5 GB is not sufficient for better quality watch...ya in standard 480p quality u can stream upto 2.5-3 hrs.
