I've contacted Airtel team and they checked this error and then informed me that it is currently not supported. Pls let me know if this issues was solved after resetting the box as you said. Since I'm little bit worried about the resetting.Never tried it, so not sure. But it should work IMO as resetting is like purchasing and configuring the new box, if you have already done it after purchasing the box, you may have to repeat the steps again to configure it.
