Airtel Xstream issues on Laptop

Strangely, the Airtel Xtreme app works wonderfully well on the mobile & tv, however on Laptop the live feed ( ashes series live) through Sony Liv fails to link. It appears on mobile & tv flawlessly. Has anyone else has this issue. Laptop config is li'l older ( Dell Vostro 3000 series i3)

Hi Friends, i received a reply to my query of the same issue posted here when I escalated this to [email protected]

They clearly mentioned, " No Live feed/ Live channels can be displayed on the web browser"

This resolves my issue ( does not address the inconvenience) never mind !
